MarketFinance is looking for an experienced product leader to drive the next phase of scaling for their product line. This will involve evolving the product under new Government schemes (such as the Recovery Loan Scheme) and also driving adoption and growth for normal loans lending as we emerge from the Covid-crisis. The Head of Product for loans will have complete ownership of the Loans product and work within a cross-functional business unit, with responsibility for key growth and financial metrics. You will report into the Chief Product Officer and work closely with the entire leadership team given the importance of this product line to the company success.
This position is a key contributor to creating excellence in collateral and editorial standards for Moody’s Analytics. This role will help establish standards for collateral creation, and help create templates and best practice. The successful candidate will work with operating units to optimise material either by creating collateral to commission/request, or by optimising material originating in the operating unit.
They will liaise with external communications teams in drafting copy for external media, such as press releases, placed interviews and op-eds etc, as required. They will work closely with the brand team on optimum style, length etc for various collateral formats.
Tandem is building an amazing team in London and Cardiff and are looking for an ambitious and purpose-driven Senior Credit Risk Analyst to jump on board. Reporting to the Portfolio Credit Risk Manager, the Senior Credit Risk Analyst will be responsible for helping manage and monitor the credit performance of the Banks lending products.
The successful candidate will be responsible for helping to develop and maintain credit risk strategies through the customer lifecycle to help with achieving Tandems credit risk objectives. They will continually look to improve the decisioning capability of Tandem, increasing automation and use of new data sources while supporting the implementation of credit strategies into Tandems underwriting systems, including testing.
The ideal candidate for this role will be a Category Manager within Contingent Workforce and assist in implementing the global sourcing strategy for the team across the company’s divisions globally, maintain category knowledge, gather, distil internal requirements, solicit and evaluate proposals, negotiate purchase terms, all in alignment with overall strategy set out. Daily responsibilities include liaising and supporting internal customers, managed service team, suppliers and human resources. Most projects include engagement with VMS technology team, legal, vendor risk management, human resources, and physical security. This person will have knowledge and experience of sourcing in Contingent Workforce program operation and/ or managed service-related categories.
As an Internal Audit Manager, you will lead Regulatory examinations of IT, information security and compliance through interviews with internal division examiners, gathering required exam documents, clarification of issues, coordinating meetings with internal SMEs, and development of action plans and management responses. You will manage and report on resolution of exam findings, including provision of evidence for closure, while working with Legal to develop easy-to-understand communication and training materials regarding Gaming Laboratories International obligations in the current and prospective regulatory environment. You will also design and document IT compliance-specific process and procedure, as needed.
The successful candidate will have experience running and managing regulatory assessments for a company with significant regulatory requirements, preferably Financial Services, along with risk management experience, including developing and deploying remediation actions.
