HR Advisor, Tandem

Based in Cardiff, the People Advisor at Tandem will play a crucial role in delivering an outstanding employee experience across all areas of the business. They will be a champion of our purpose, vision and values and deliver seamlessly across all core HR processes including but not limited to recruitment, employee relations, performance management, maintaining People systems and data, managing People analytics and reporting, and providing general administrative and office management support.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of the employee life cycle including starter and leaver processes, while also owning the recruitment agenda end-to-end and supporting hiring managers with their open roles.

CASS Director, BNY Mellon

The CASS Operations Director at BNY Mellon is responsible for the oversight of the protection of client assets in Operations working with and leading the CASS Operations Responsible in ensuring compliance with relevant FCA CASS rules. They will be responsible for managing an effective control framework in relation to CASS across Operations, minimising risk and acts as SME to Operations on all CASS-related matters.

The successful candidate will be accountable for overseeing the overall operational effectiveness of Operations systems and controls to hold and protect clients assets/money. They will also set appropriate CASS objectives for the function, while overseeing the delivery of CASS accountabilities and responsibilities within Operations.

Portfolio Manager, MarketFinance

MarketFinance is looking for a hard-working, highly motivated Portfolio Manager to manage and strengthen the relationships of their growing customer base. As a Portfolio Manager, you’ll have the opportunity to work with a wide range of SMEs across a variety of sectors in the UK.

You’ll be responsible for managing relationships, contracts and renewals for the existing book of clients. Your focus will be to drive retention and growth across your assigned portfolio. The successful candidate will be working with multiple different stakeholders, including Sales, Risk, Operations, Tech and Marketing to ensure the customer facility runs as smoothly as possible.

Senior Consultant, State Street

The team you will be joining is a part of Charles River Development (or CRD), that became a part of State Street in 2018. CRD helps create enterprise investment management software solutions for large institutions in the areas of institutional investment, wealth management and hedge funds. They created their first open front-to-back platform – State Street Alpha, in 2019.

As Senior Consultant you will assist, from a technical standpoint, in the implementation of a sophisticated trade order management and compliance monitoring systems to the fund management industry. You will also provide technical consultancy services for clients and their CRD Account Managers including; install, configure and test software; problem investigation; database configuration, tracing and performance analysis.

Senior Business Systems Analyst, Moody’s Corporation.

This role will serve as lead business analyst for development projects, working with internal clients and the technology team to improve business processes and the capability and stability of software. The role is also responsible for assisting in the training and management of other team members. The successful candidate will work closely with internal and external system/software developers to ensure that new features are implemented according to specification and issues are addressed. They will also evaluate data availability and assess the needs of the various business partners including local, regional, and global leadership to optimise processes and reporting. Moody’s Corporation is looking for someone with an undergraduate/first-level degree in a related field, as well as extensive relevant experience in system/business analysis.
