As Salesforce has been strategically selected as Tandem’s operational Single Agent Desktop, you will be required to work closely with a range of Operational/Technical stakeholders across the organisation, to ensure Salesforce change is accurately understood and effectively implemented.
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the business in problem analysis/requirements gathering and using their Salesforce knowledge to support solution design. They will be working with key stakeholders to identify how they can benefit from further Salesforce adoption while managing delivery of prioritised Salesforce requests. The successful candidate will be a Salesforce advocate, with the ability to identify how the platform can support Tandem in driving continuous process improvement, including the ability to drive efficiency and create better customer experiences.

Candidates should have experience related to margins, regulatory and compliance reporting, reference data, utility oversight and control. They are looking for team players who are eager to help a team and roll up their sleeves to process time-sensitive margin settlements with clients and exchanges/CCPs/brokers for cleared derivatives products across APAC and EMEA exchange. Capital Markets Business Service Manager, London Stock Exchange Group
The London Stock Exchange Group is looking for a talented Service Manager.
The successful candidate will maintain an inventory of all technology assets supporting the business line that the Delivery Manager is responsible for; Servers used for the business applications, network diagrams, firewalls, etc. They will also maintain all documentation used by the BSL organisation in support of the operations around the business applications; SLAs, Runbooks, Technical Documentation, etc. They will also oversee the evolution of CM service management processes in BSL and controls to ensure quality and stability is maintained at a level that meets the business needs and requirements.
