Act of Supremacy

Cartoon of the Week: Act of Supremacy

Act of SupremacyAct of Supremacy – a new cartoon that illustrates how the new Ethereum update, called London, will improve the ecosystem and attract more developers.

The ETH 1559 feature of London will make significant steps to reduce the gas fees and make the currency mining overall more carbon efficient. “1599 is definitely the most important part of London,” Vitalek Buterin, one of the co-founders of Ethereum, told Bloomberg reporter Matthew Fox, adding that the upgrade is “proof that the Ethereum ecosystem is able to make significant changes.“

This is in contrast to Bitcoin, which is so decentralized that changes to its blockchain network are incredibly difficult. By way of context in London in 1559, The Act of Supremacy was passed by Parliament, which solidified the powers of Elizabeth I of England.
