Hilary Benn, Labour MP and Chair of the Brexit Select Committee, has been on a recent site tour of Recordsure in his local constituency of Leeds to gain a deeper understanding of some of the latest artificial intelligence (AI) capabilities and the value they can provide for the UK economy.
Recordsure builds advanced AI analytics and automation tools to help organisations collect, process and draw actionable insights from customer interaction data ranging from meeting recordings to written correspondence.
Originally developed for the finance sector with the goal of improving performance, culture and regulatory compliance in the wake of the financial crisis, the platform has proved highly effective in other environments including government departments, where it has dramatically reduced the time required to complete case work from weeks to hours.
With the value of AI highlighted in the House of Lords AI in the UK: ready, willing and able? report earlier in the year and Brexit drawing ever closer, the tour provided an important opportunity to explore the types of innovative solution which will help drive UK productivity moving forward.
