She notes that helping survivors of domestic abuse isn’t necessarily what a bank does, but the fact TSB is, shows how an organisation in the industry can go above and beyond. Tom and Francis echo these thoughts, praising the bank and its flee fund.

One of the topics they discuss is the extent at which AI and technology are being used by fraudsters.
