Panel: Growth of technology within insurance

Black boxes, online aggregators and machine learning tech solutions have continued to push the boundaries of InsurTech and change the face of insurance itself. But as insurers continue to use bigger data sets, how can this be used to simplify customer interactions and develop a deeper relationship that benefits the customer? Sarah Williams-Gardner, CEO, Fintech Wales, is joined by Steve Jones, Founder and CEO, Comparison Creator, David Goate, Co-founder and CTO, Marshmallow and Alex Mills, MD, Dynamo Cover to explore what the growth of technology will achieve next and how today’s insurers can work with such advances.

Panel: What does the future of insurance look like?

From unmanned cars to lost drones and real-time data sets, the insurance has to react to face the evolving needs of its customers. But what are the next innovative offers in the pipeline? And how does will a distributed infrastructure effect such potential? This panel will look at the future of insurance, will the rule booked be ripped up? Or is the industry ready for new trends and consumer demands? Moderated by Nyasha Kuwana, Head of Product, Flood Flash, with panellists Laurence Hunter, VP Insurance, Laka, Joanne Butler, Head of Product Marketing, Charles Taylor InsureTech and Stephen Cowap, Insurance Director, Urban Jungle
