Payoneer and ANNA Banking App Partner to Streamline International Payments with Artificial Intelligence

As UK businesses diversify risk into new markets, ANNA and Payoneer make it easy and safe for freelancers and SMBs to get paid.

Payoneer, the digital payment platform empowering businesses around the world to grow globally, today announced a partnership with ANNA banking and admin app to provide easy, secure international payments for small businesses and freelancers. The partnership allows ANNA customers, who are SMBs and freelancers, to receive international payments in USD or EUR into their ANNA account for the first time.

Users leverage ANNA’s intuitive AI chat-based interface, making it seamless to share account details with their customers, be notified of a loaded payment, view balances, be told the exchange rate and initiate withdrawals. The payment is then settled in real time. If there is an issue the AI can’t resolve, ANNA has a 24/7 customer service team ready to help within the chat interface.

Through ANNA’s app users will get unique local receiving account details in these currencies and receive the payments quickly and inexpensively. Specifically, by receiving in local receiving accounts, users avoid corresponding banking fees and benefit from Payoneer’s highly competitive currency conversion, which is up to 75% cheaper than having the bank convert the currency.

“Joining forces with Payoneer is a truly significant addition to ANNA’s services. Business is global and many of our customers work internationally. We can now enable them to reach across country borders for the first time – and at a critical time for these small businesses and freelancers who are working hard to maintain their livelihoods,” said Andy Roberts, ANNA’s Head of Channel Partnerships.

“We’re teaming up with ANNA to bring artificial intelligence to the world of international payments and to our customers,” said James Allum, Payoneer Regional Head – Europe“We are experts in providing secure and simple cross-border payment solutions – and now, we are also empowering banks and e-wallets with innovative APIs for cross-border capabilities.
