MarketFinance is on the hunt for a B2B Customer Marketing Manager to help them deliver marketing programmes that engage and increase customer retention and adoption of their products and services. You’ll be a proactive self-starter, with excellent written and communication skills and the ability to collaborate with a variety of stakeholders both internally and externally to drive customer engagement and advocacy.

As a Customer Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for defining and executing customer retention and revenue plans that will drive growth through the customer base. You will implement a test and learn process and workflow to constantly optimise customer experience and product adoption, with a view to reducing churn rates and increasing revenue per customer, while ensuring full tracking and measurement of all initiatives.

The Growth Product Manager (Wealth) role will be about relentlessly improving existing and building new experiences that allow users to feel they are doing more with their money. The idea is to bring through Plum financial outcomes to millions of users, so the role very much aims to design these experiences and rigorously measure them through KPIs and be very aware of the financial outcomes you are designing for!

You will set the product vision of how users can experience various aspects of the Plum product. You’ll be focused on creating, building and constantly improving user experiences that have positive financial impact while also designing financial products and be in a position to drive the simplification of these products for mass-market use. The ideal candidate is an experienced B2C mobile product manager and someone who has worked on a consumer product that has been used by millions of users.

Front-End Engineer, Tandem

Reporting to the Principal Front-End Engineer, the Mid Front-End Engineer will join a highly skilled development team, building and delivering a cutting-edge fintech app. The ideal candidate will be an experienced full-stack JavaScript developer with a strong engineering background, someone familiar with Agile delivery and comfortable working as part of a cross-functional team.

They are looking for great Engineers who have a breadth of experience across industries, platforms and languages. Excellent JavaScript programming skills (eg. ES6/7, TypeScript, React, React Native, Redux, Node, GraphQL) will be crucial to the role.

Analyst, Equity Index Product, London Stock Exchange Group

The Analyst, Equity Index Product Management role is an entry-level role in the Equity Product Management team. The Analyst will work closely with the Head of Equity Index Product, EMEA, and the broader Product Management team to support equity index products targeting the EMEA region including flagship indexes such as the FTSE Global Equity Index Series and the FTSE UK Index Series, and both the Institutional and Wealth client segments.

The Analyst will also work across the matrixed organisation with Research, Marketing, Index Delivery, and client facing teams including Sales and Client Service in order to gain support on key initiatives across the organisation.
