Operational Risk Manager, London Stock Exchange Group
Group Risk Management function is responsible for ensuring the development and maintenance of an adequate risk framework that enables management to deliver its strategy by balancing risk and rewards within the appetite approved by the Board. It is also responsible to ensure governance arrangements in place are adequate to effectively manage the strategic, financial, regulatory, and operational risks of the LSEG. This includes the development of risk strategies to manage business integration, continuity or disaster recovery and risk transfer. The risk function is a key contributor to the LSEG successful delivery of its strategy. The role is responsible for the development and ongoing maintenance of the risk, and policy framework supporting activities within our group corporate governance agenda.
The Group Operational Risk team is responsible for establishing the framework for the management of all non financial risks across the Group. The function acts as a close advisor to businesses and is engaged in all key strategic initiatives. Specifically, this role is responsible for supporting the management and reporting of the Operational Risk primarily for Capital Markets and Corporate Functions, although will cover other areas of the business as required. The role requires close liaison with the business and in particular risk champions to ensure the risk management framework is fully embedded and operational.
Banking Operations Team Lead, Tandem

You will ensure the smooth operation and management of daily tasks. You will also be required to support the development of processes, procedures, and control frameworks to build an efficient, effective and compliant operation.

Product Owner, MarketFinance
MarketFinance launched a business loans product which has grown rapidly over the past 18 months with total loans funded exceeding £125 million. They were one of the first Fintech lenders to be approved under the British Business Bank Covid Business Interruption Lending Scheme (“CBILS”) and saw huge demand for their loan product throughout the pandemic.
They are now looking for an experienced product leader to drive the next phase of scaling for this product line. This will involve evolving the product under new Government schemes (such as the Recovery Loan Scheme) and also driving adoption and growth for normal loans lending as we emerge from the Covid-crisis. The Product Owner for loans will have complete ownership of the Loans product and work within a cross-functional business unit, with responsibility for key growth and financial metrics. You will report into the Chief Product Officer and work closely with the entire leadership team given the importance of this product line to our company success.
