The successful candidate will realise business growth by developing and implementing O2’s partner strategy and plan for digital content, services and applications. They will also manage O2’s existing portfolio of digital content, services and applications partnerships including, where applicable, contract re-negotiations.
The Flutter group are in the process of undergoing an HR Transformation in a number of areas. This includes strategy shaping, Operating Models, Service delivery, supplier management and technology consolidation. The HR Transformation Programme will look to provide flutter with a future end state for HR operations based on an agreed vision. The technology of choice is Workday which will support the transformation. This workstream will involve the implementation of core HCM data supplemented by modules covering the Hire to Retire processes.
Reporting to the Programme Lead the Business Analyst will play a crucial role in ensuring the programme has support with a focus on programme start-up activities, business processes, service models, HR Tech enablement and articulating requirements with HR and Non-HR stakeholders. Previous experience in a similar HR role ideally gained within a large, complex organisation is desired, along with a proven track record supporting planning, executing, controlling and closing Programmes. You will be an effective team player who supports team members being resilient and enthusiastic.
