In this position, you will develop and manage a high-performance European team, leveraging a proven track record of sourcing and closing large strategic partnerships within the European region, a deep network of contacts, a bias towards action, and strong data and analytical skills. You will be required to create the regional partnership strategy and close large partnerships. Cross-team collaboration and being able to navigate effectively with internal stakeholders are critical.
This role reports to the VP of Global Partnerships, who reports to the Chief Revenue Officer.
To be successful in this role, you must be an excellent communicator, highly motivated, equal parts left and right brain, effective working across multiple, cross-functional teams, and able to get things done quickly. The ability to synthesise multiple sources of information across business/marketing and product/engineering and translate them effectively into short, medium, and long-term partnership strategy and prioritisation is a must. The successful candidate will bring strong quantitative skills, strategic thinking and sound business judgment, along with the ability to think creatively and work independently.

The Strategy and Planning Marketing Manager, Sustainable Investment will work with Product Management, Research, Sales, Brand/Content, Activation and Digital Marketing team colleagues to design, develop, execute, and measure integrated global marketing campaigns.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Product, Research, Sales, Brand/Content, Activation and Segment Marketing on global integrated marketing campaigns to support Brand and/or Revenue campaign objectives. MarketFinance is looking for a driven, determined and adaptable finance professional who is excited by their mission to fund the UK’s SMEs. As an Investor Associate you will play a critical role in analysing liquidity supply and demand dynamics, managing investor relationships and solving an array of complex and exciting challenges.
Having recently closed financing facilities for new products, the Investor Development team will look to you to manage the MarketFinance investor community as they scale. You’ll be instrumental in onboarding new investors while also working with current partners. They will trust you to drive investor reporting and performance analysis initiatives for both external and internal stakeholders. This will involve reporting for institutional and high net worth investors as well as creating and compiling due diligence materials, marketing pitches and more.
The successful candidate will have some experience of customer service, investor relations, asset management, banking and/or financial services.
