And just like that, we’re in a new month already! Where has the time gone? If you’re looking to make some changes this November, a fun new job might be a great place to start. We have a whole host of brilliant open roles on our job board.

Payments Specialist, Tandem

Tandem is the bank that makes the world a better place. They empower their customers to do the right thing for themselves and for the planet. As the world adjusts to find its “new normal” they believe that people are taking a fresh look at how they use money. They want to build healthy habits that are good for their future and to use their spending power to enable a more sustainable world. Tandem is on a mission to proactively help customers to reduce their carbon footprint and accelerate the UK to net-zero carbon emissions by 2050.

Reporting to the Banking Operation Team Lead, the Banking Operations Specialist will require a detailed, hands-on understanding of payments and payment-related tasks, with a requirement to work efficiently and effectively in a fast paste environment. If you’re innovative, curious and not afraid of a challenge, they’d love to hear from you. Your voice, ideas and drive will always find a home at Tandem. You will work closely with the Team Lead and with your colleagues to ensure attention to detail and mistakes are minimised to ensure the smooth operation and management of daily tasks. You will also be required to support the development of processes, procedures and control frameworks to build an efficient, effective and compliant operation.

Email Marketing Manager, MarketFinance

In this role, you’ll be the driving force behind email marketing! You’ll work to create engaging relationships with current and future customers, as well as existing and potential partners, transforming the way MarketFinance speaks to people through email. Working with the Head of Marketing, you’ll be in charge of developing and implementing a cohesive email marketing strategy to increase brand awareness of MarketFinance.  You’ll be using Pardot every day to create, test and deploy single and multi-step email campaigns, landing pages, events and webinars for different distribution channels and segments, utilising dynamic content with tokens and scripts where needed.

You’ll take ownership of building customer segments in CRM in a structured, standardised and precise manner, ensuring that they are prepared for infinite scale. You’ll be working with colleagues from across the business, including account management to build connections with customers, product management to build best in class user flows in their product, and marketing to create ideal customer journeys for prospecting, upselling and retention. You’ll take the lead in developing and maintaining the responsive email templates, troubleshooting issues, and staying abreast of technology advances.

Head of Analytics and Data Science, eClerx

This role on eClerx ABU’s (Analytics Business Unit) leadership team is a unique opportunity to work across diverse problem statements, mentor a team of deeply passionate data experts, have direct access to C-level leaders and their priorities, and have a measurable impact on growth and value-creation. Over the past few years, they have continued to focus on delivering top-quality analytics services and growing their analytics footprint within existing and prospective clients.

The Analytics at eClerx team plays a crucial role in communicating the value their solutions and services can offer in solving the business problems we uncover with existing and prospective clients. In this role, you will collaborate with members of their delivery, sales, and account management teams to discover how their clients can derive value from their data, and work to make data more useful across organisations. The ideal candidate is self-motivated and will have previous work experience in the analytics, big data, and/or consulting services industry. He or she will be able to lead by example in taking a consultative approach to discover unarticulated analytical needs of our customers and connecting the dots between customer requirements to our solution, service, and consulting offerings, as a trusted advisor to the client.
