Digital Payments Meet Portuguese Fibre Broadband as Lazer Telecom partners with NoFrixion

Customers looking for faster broadband speeds in Portugal may soon experience a faster payments experience as Lazer Telecom partners with digital payments provider NoFrixion.

Portugal-based internet service provider Lazer Telecom has partnered with Ireland-based NoFrixion to offer digital payments to customers. The partnership will provide Lazer Telecom’s customers with a greater number of payment options. NoFrixion is also to provide real-time payment status information to Lazer Telecom’s accounts team.

The partnership with NoFrixion aims to provide more convenient, faster and simpler payment methods for Lazer Telecom customers. The digital payment provider also plans to aid in cutting out manual processing and offering real-time financial information to the ISP. Further aiming to reduce the time taken, the partnership will attempt to get rid of invoicing and billing difficulties.

While innovation has been ripe for consumer payments in recent years, less progress has been made in business payments. To counteract this, NoFrixion is providing the use of its ‘MoneyMoov API’. The programming interface plans to bridge the gap between legacy and digital infrastructure. It also simplifies payments automation; removing the need for internet banking.

“This new initiative underlines this commitment and cements our position as one of the fastest and most reliable broadband providers in Portugal and the undisputed customer service champion.”

As businesses look to move away from manual processing and using physical bank branches, NoFrixion’s solution aims to provide this.

“It enables automated reconciliation, collection and settlement of funds in real-time using a single API. We have absolute confidence that Lazer Telecom’s upgrade to NoFrixion’s digital payments platform will accelerate the company’s growth plans, freeing it from the tyranny of manual processing.

Recently, NoFrixion also announced a partnership with Auctioneera, an Ireland-based fixed-fee estate agency. Similarly to its partnership with Lazer Telecom, NoFrixion aims to deliver greater efficiencies and savings to Auctioneera via its MoneyMoov API.
