Daon Integrates Biometric MFA Connector With PingOne DaVinci

Daon is integrating its multi-factor authentication and security solution with Ping Identity‘s no-code identity orchestration service.

The identity assurance technology provider will add a Daon connector to the PingOne DaVinci identity orchestration service, enabling customers with access to Daon IdentityX for multi-factor authentication (MFA).

The trigger is an authentication request via a user’s mobile device. The customer can select the most suitable of Daon’s biometric modalities to provide them with the required security and MFA as part of their omnichannel support.

This integration unifies the identity experience for Ping Identity customers through the application of Daon’s biometric authentication offering.

“PingOne DaVinci customers will benefit from using Daon’s technology for secure and reliable biometric-based multifactor authentication,” says Ralph Rodriguez, president and chief product officer at Daon.

The integration was achieved through Ping Identity’s global technology partner programme, which according to the website, ‘provides the resources, tools and enablement you need to be successful in the enterprise identity market’ through access to ‘world-class system integrators, distributors and expert delivery partners’.
